i would x the flop here, board that smashes V's range and its a good way to both protect our equity as well as our overall range.
ap, either call the flop raise or fold, jamming is beyond terrible. You will only get called by 2p+
Villain has a 50 VPIP, his range is far to wide to smash anything. I think this hand is ok as played. Think it depends on whether we think villain is capable of value raising worse. I find it hard to see villain raising with AT(lack of combos), or KT, JT type hands, so I would just call his raise with the hope he was spewing

I know it seems weird but since i've been playing in NL5, i noticed that regs are kinda of better than of what they used to be, but one mistake they all make is call on the flop bets out of odds to run their draws, and a lot of times i kinda have a read by the way they played previous hands.
