Vs. a very nice guy, I'd go with a strat of being friendly in return and only calling to minimize his losses when he has the worst hand.

Seriously though, bad players come in many forms. How is he bad? What are your thoughts in the hand?

Even if villain is nice I probably call. Flushes aren't all that likely, so I guess we lose to the 3 combos of T9s or like some Qc9c they decided to 3bet. How often do you see 5nlz regs firing 3 barrels in the blinds 3betting a late position open?

This title is less likely to get you reprimanded my moderators. Probably less accurate though.

Are you asking whether or not you should fold?

If this guy's REALLY nice, I could see calling here being good in that we have spades unblocked, I think he does have some flushes in range and T9s but we need to be calling sometimes, and I think we have other combos here we can fold, and we don't tend to have too many flush combos ourselves that call flop.

Call.

I don't think he has too many flushes in his range. I think AcKc, AcQc, KcQc, just check the turn. That leaves some AcJc, and maybe KcJc, QcJc, depending on how wide his 3 bet preflop is. T9s is also an option.
