5NL Zoom - Playing KK vs raise and Reraise

I was playing 5nl zoom and everyone was playing vtight

I was MP with KK with just over 100bb

UTG raises 4 x BB then UTG+1 3 Bets to 80c(both had around 100bb stacks)

I think I was being overly tight here, I gave myself a push fold option and decided to fold the kings thinking one of them had aces espiecally as they were UTG

Thoughts?

They both ended up all in preflop, the original raiser had AKo and the reraiser had KQo. I would of won a big pot.

You shouldn't disclose results, now you'll have everyone telling you that you should never fold KK pre-flop and this is an example why.

It's a pretty awful spot to be in, we got no stats on either of them?

Without reads thats a horendous fold, sorry to put it so blatant but it's true. They can show up with TT+ there if you ask me, including random **** like AK/AQ assuming villain is your ''typical'' random, AA vs KK happens, but folding KK preflop at 5nl without serious reads is rly rly rly bad.

Give people more credit, we're not just going to scream your fold is bad because now we know the results. Or is that how you define your answers/opinions?

how can you say that everyone was playing very tight when the player pool is like 500 players and you didn't have stats on them?

wager all your betting chips, at this level if it's aces they'll usually just gayraise rather than the actual proper bets they made

Re: 5NL Zoom - Playing KK vs raise and Reraise

I don't like this fold for 100bbs at this small of stakes. Without having a "read" on one of these players I'm push/praying my KK and occasionally QQ here.

I'm seen this style interaction with AK vs small pockets etc enough times here that if I run into AA I'd chalk it up to being unlucky.

I tend to agree with not folding but given your description of positions this looks like a full ring hand and you should ask the full ring forum, they'd have a better idea of ranges for UTG/UTG+1 action.
