Disclaimer: I know I played this hand a bit **** on the turn, also I did a major brain fart on the flop by completing missing that BB was in the hand, probably doesn't change my flop cbet but seeing BB fold flop when I thought I was HU mashed my already slight baby brain.
So my 'logic' on the turn, was "xc my pair+NFD to get value from villain's floats" which is a little ******ed I think seeing as villain has far less floats when I cbet mway as opposed to HU. Generally though I'd be barrelling on this turn everytime.
Villain (1.4k):
27/17, 6.5% 3bet
WTSD 30,
WWSF 43,
AFq 34% (flop 36%, turn 33%, river 30%) NB - villains cbet stats are 81%, 78%, 91%, which I interpret as "villain barrels a ****load as the PFRer, which would bump up his AFq stats ie. villain is more passive as the preflop caller" fvcbet flop 54%
Okay here's why I called:
1. villain doesn't have Kx, because he checked back turn, and I think Kx bets smaller on this river to get calls from something.
2. villain doesn't have a flush, again because he checked back turn (not as reliable against this guy as against say an aggro reg), plus if he has a flush, he's got to be worried that I look weak as **** and won't call him.
3. Qx seems unlikely for villain: he can't have flopped a Q high FD or BDFD so his Qx hands are pretty damn narrow to some random AQo hands, I don't think he's continuing with QJo hands give my mway flop cbet.
Sum it all up and I figured villain was full of ****.
