i would 3bet pre but i didnt play this hand, what would u do on turn?
if as played, on the river i thought its bluffing way too much because we block K and J which are the cards that we want our opponent to hold, ofc its good our KJ are not spade , or we should still bluffing with these hands because his range on river is 2pair or lot of draws with spade and we've got those nuts and straight in our range? but then, dont we have better hand to bluff with this spot??

Id bluff OTR in order to continuing our line which is to get medium strength hands out, he MIGHT have strong hands but not that often as he's holding other kind of strength, I think and believe that you have played it fine, obviously is better to know more about the opponent but the point is that he can fold everything but strong hands here...
I like the turn 3B and the river bluff bet sizing
