Don't raise otf, just call. Flop is dry, let him bluff/valuetown himself.

I'd never be raising this flop, just call flop and go from there, we dont want him to fold his air and we want him to think hes value betting his 99-JJ.

what range you think he has? Before his donk I'm thinking all broadways.

After he donks I'm thinking all overpairs maybe AK turned into a bluff.

I want to raise against the fish, he might never fold a pair on this flop.

Very villain dependent. If he has a lot of air in his donking range and he likes to dub ott then call. But without reads i would just raise for value. Tons of player donk with a PP here and when u raise they hope u have AK

Re: [4NL] AA on 822 in squeezed pot.

I would raise a little as i think he can pretty much go broke with any 99+ and if his has any smaller PP I don't see him folding the flop anyways... so raise for value...

I think we need to raise here yeah, even though a fish can completely shut down betting when the turn brings a broadway, but at the same time he can easily stack of with 8x or 99-JJ here.

Re: [4NL] AA on 822 in squeezed pot.

Important the way we've being playing, we're looking for maximum value here so if re-raising has been a feature of our play then re-raise especially if he has been aggressive too, If you have been passive post flop then give him an opportunity to bully us out the way.

If going for first option of re-raise do so to around $1.15/$1.20 to give us a great chance of getting stacks in on river.

Re: [4NL] AA on 822 in squeezed pot.

call or raise is fine. the board is so dry, villain is never folding an overpair. i would suggest a better line with a better read but i wouldnt fault either with your amount of hands.

in actual play id probably just say, oh hes a fish hes never folding TT and just auto raise though. and the more i think about it it is most likely the best play. we 100% of the time have the best hand here, there is no doubt about it. if he has a hand lik e77 we will not extract much anyhow, if he has TT or JJ or w/e we have a bunch of overcards that can kill action so just raise it up. if we dont have the read that hes going to barrel air then not raising is prolly bad
