4 bet pot bluff gone wrong - Micro Stakes Pot Limit and No Limit

well in this session I had my eye on him, very LAG and bluffs a LOT.
How bad did I play this? I felt i played it well but looking back im not sure if I was just tilting or not.
HE was very LAG and bluffs a lot so I wanted to calm him down a little. But it backfired.

there is a LOT to say about how to deal with this player type

given that he is 4bet bluffing you, one thing you can do at 100bb stacks is to 3bet all pocket pairs and then 5bet shove them over his 4bets

And yeah I usually do, I take a zero tolerance line against being bluffed too much.

you are still not understanding why you should bet. you dont want to push him off a junk hand, you want him to stay in with it, crush him and take all his money.

hand 1: fold to pre flop 3bet with JKo. you are OOP for the whole hand and he has shown considerable strength pre flop.

hand 2: 77 - good fold.

hand 3: AA - just make a normal 3bet to ~$2.50 (bit more than 3x cause you are oop) we want people to call with the wrong odds, not run away because we bet 1219821BB

get a grip mate.

Do NOT take a zero tolerance line to being bluffed, some bluffs are good and cannot be stopped and you will spew off much monies, sometimes you need to be bluffed. And sometimes its hard to tell and ull be like lol nice bluff and he'll show the nuts
