V looks quite fishy but wondering whether I can value bet river small to get a bit more out of his Jx/maybe some JT that was betting for protection OTF and OTT. How often do we think this guy is x/r river with his monsters? Seems like at 2NL they just carry on betting those out.

I like a thin value bet OTR, often villains checking range will be pretty weak. 1/3 pot should do.

I don't know what you're getting value from but it would be good to bet a hand like this so that you can bluff with your missed draws
