I think I should have folded OTF because I block AQ and AK but villain was short stack which influenced the decision towards calling.

Shove the flop. He reraises with QQ or KK pre short stacked, the only other thing you're worried about is KQ (6 combos) or 88 (3 combos). You beat other likely holdings (AK, AQ, KJ - 24 combos). It's also possible that he has some flush/straight draws if he has JT.

It's either a shove or a fold on the flop as opposed to a call. I don't think you can fold AA here.

Im probably shoving any flop here half stacked.

Unless its a dry axx flop, then I might think of calling and let him get the rest of the money in himself.

Folding is by far the worst option. Raise > Call > Fold.
