BetOnline $2NL, 9 Handed w/ 100BBs ($2) effective

I've seen villain open pretty wide(QTo, Q9o, KTo, K9o) from any position and c-bet regardless of board texture. I have a note that he likes to double barrel bluff/semi-bluff but usually never triple barrels. I've 3b him maybe 1 or 2 other times recently and don't remember him ever folding. If he's paying any attention at all he's seen me squeeze and 3b a fair bit lately (have played a decent amount with him in the past 2 days). All of this history makes me believe he wouldn't play value hands this way but I could def be wrong as I haven't seen him showdown many value hands (mostly just bluffs/semi-bluffs).

OTTH

Villain's UTG ($2), Hero UTG+2 ($2) w/ TT

V opens to $.09 (his standard size, at least from EP), Hero 3b to $.23, V calls.

Flop ($.49): K 9 8
V checks, Hero bets $.30, V raises to $1.12 (leaves $.65 behind), Hero folds.

Given my history with villain and the fact that I've seen him open very wide, always continue regardless of his equity or board texture and his willingness to double barrel, I feel like he's capable of making random bluffs where he isn't thinking about what he's representing. He could obviously have Kx here (KQ, KJ, KT, K9ss) but I think he'll X/C with those hands. I tend to think he plays his draws this way (esp QJ, but even bare FDs) but my history with V might be distorting my thinking. Against any random opponent I probably just fold but vs V I really wanted to call. I end up folding since I'm not really sure and even if he is playing QJ this way, he's actually a favorite on the flop.

Should I just be checking back this board texture in these spots? I thought the K was a good card for me to represent and I certainly think he's capable of donking with a set or 2p here which narrows his range even more towards draws or Kx (but again, I think he'll X/C w/ most of his K's here).

I would check the flop. You have some showdown value here, and you are playing a fairly aggro opponent. Checking will keep villain from blowing you off your hand. You will get to see a turn card which could help you with a draw to a straight.

Thread belongs in full ring.

Not sure that TT is a 3bet pre. Flop looks like a check to me. Villain seems bad aggressive, so you don't want to get blown off your hand vs a villain like that. That also lets villain fire on the turn with all of the garbage in their range.
