At that moment all I knew about that player is that is a fish.
On the flop he raises me. I didn't wanted to call him because I wouldn't know what to do on turn so I raised him to see if I'm behind or ahead. Unfortunately for me I didn't paid atention of the stack that I need to call.
What would be the right play here ? Fold at his raise ?

Min raise OTF looks strong. Just call it and proceed from there.

As played, can't fold now with the price we're getting. A fish will sometimes go crazy here with a flush draw or Qx and we have a bit of equity against a 9

I`d most likely GII OTF vs. a 75 bb stack. Calling vs. a full stack.

Similiar situation here but this time with JJ.

On first hand, the one with the aces, if a blank comes on turn I guess I need to call again, but if a J or K comes, should fold ?

Both folds are way too nitty. In hand one, tons of draws are on the flop plus Qx can go beserk. If he has a 9, eh it sucks.

Hand 2, I'm calling. Not as happy with this one, especially since we block hands like JT, QJ, J8. But he can have TT, some weaker straight draws. Probably folding though OTT 8, T, and Q or higher. Maybe even 7.
