You have set, pot is 12bb, you have more to play than you can get with just 2 bets and short of diamond or 4 card straight card you will definitely want more money in for value.

Also with that soaking board there's bigger chance somebody has something worth continuing. Particularly since it's multiway.

Sure 47 got there as well but that's minor worry and set over set isn't worth worrying, that's just going to cost money to both sides in the long run anyway.
