Preflop: Hero is BB with J

2 folds, CO raises to $0.48, BTN calls $0.48, SB folds, Hero raises to $1.92, CO calls $1.44, BTN calls $1.44

Flop: ($5.84) Q

Hero bets $2.79

Should i cBet here 2\3 of the pot on the flop, as i would do with the rest of my hands, for value and protection, instead of 1\2 as i did here?

e.g. I`d never cBet that small w KK\AA here

that's not a cbet for protection or value imo. nothing worse will call, u block flush draws, 9Ts, 89s is ahead of you.

I usually cbet 3/4 when there's draws and/or we're deep and 1/2 when there's no draws and I can GII by the river by cbetting 1/2. So I would go for 3/4 here and fold to raises with no reads.

I would also just call preflop 200bb deep OOP. The reason is when you get called it will be really tough to play postflop, I would rather do it with small PPs and suited connectors, because they play better in this spot imo. I might be wrong here

I`m not saying betting THIS hand is for value\protection.

This is a semi-bluff hand, and for value\protection i`d bet w AA\KK.

Just curious how exploitable i become when i start cBetting 1\2 w draws here, while 2\3+ with made hands.

Probably should bet the same amount with all my cBet hands here.

Agree, my bad i didnt post stats.

CO was 24\20 w call 3b 39% over 2k hands
BTN 28\24 call 3b 44% over 260 hands

Guess that`d change your mind.

sizing is fine, you can still get all in by the river fairly easily
