Fold > 3b > Call pre imo, unless the opener is folding too often vs. 3bets or one of the blinds is a fish. I also believe we should be betting the turn for value.

Yeah pre is pretty questionable. I'd probably fold the river. I don't think villain can't really have any bluffs after calling the flop. I'd be surprised if an unknown is calling the flop raise with AsQx or something vs another unknown. Also would be kind of thin for villain to be trying to get value with an overpair by mashing the pot button.
