Looks fine. River is an clear bet since we unblock hearts, block 9, and all 2P gets counterfeit too, probably our best bluff combo.

Yes, it is, as you're saying he should have no strong hands otr so is very har for the rest to be calling 3barrel, what I see no correct is double barreling unless Id be playing against this hand and having the read that he has folded to 3barrel before...
