I think you raised to big. By betting so much, you make it extremely difficult for villain to call with worse hands.

Call/Call/Shove for sure IP. No need to raise flop, it's so dry we really aren't worried about anything and allows villain to bluff or bink A/K.

I would probably have called the turn bet and raised the river. I think the shove was a little too agressive, what hands are really calling you there? maybe lower sets or two pair but I dont think its a good move
