+1 to this, but I'd add that unless SB has shown to have a wide 3 bet range, his OOP 3 bet against a normal MP open should be viewed as rather strong.
I think you have to call one street for sure. What is the lowest turn card you'd call again? I'd really have to know what V double barrels with before snap folding just because a Q came on turn. Maybe OP can tell us how many Qx hands V might have in 3 bet range. AQ, KQ,......QJ? QT?
