To me this is a fold.
Even if we assign the villain a generous range of KK, QQh, JJ, 1010, AQ, J10, JK and Q9 we have 30% equity in the hand, and we need 33% from the pot odds to break even.
While the villain may be bluffing here rarely, the over the top shove would make me believe this is a straight which doesn't want to see another heart far more often than the other combinations which makes us an even worse dog. Besides at 10NL there are far better spots to get our money in and avoid possible tilt.
