No reads on the villain. I think calling the 3bet as we are 180bbs deep is fine. 1) Is it good to x/r this flop? 2) Should I bet this turn given the x/r OTF? 3) How should I play the river? Shoving, check/calling or check/folding if he shoves?

Villain can easily have A♥️K♥️ here, makes sense since he calls cr flop and your bet on turn. I would x/c river, I think we have to call most bets on river unless we have any history with villains that suggest otherwise, because if we fold in these spot it can be easily exploited by our opponent on scary boards.
