Nice pick about the V's Flop bet sizing, but if his hand is "vulnerable", once more i can think he holds AA (maybe w/ the ace of spades), which can be considered a "vulnerable" hand.
And, answering your question (and the others), i lead turn precisely thinking to charge FD's and others draws, aces, worse Jacks, stuff like that... Doesnt makes sense?
And, yeah, i would lead with a FH too... For the same reasons: charge "vulnerable" os speculative hands.
