I would also bet here.
Trying to get value from hands like A9/Q9/T9.
Also no additional draws compared to flop so really not seeing him reraising that often here.

Vs reg, definitely checking OOP. If we bet all our Jx, our checking range is too weak and is going to struggle to call enough turn + river bets from villain.

fwiw although the board looks drawy BB is going to stab pretty wide here with all their draws, so we don't have to worry so much about being outdrawn here.

I could go either way here.

I think V might take a stab when checked to here. So C/c a reasonable bet works since you're oop.

But there's an argument for betting because you can get some value from Qx, Tx, or FD hands trying to hit on river or just take it down right there.

Reevaluate next street.

1- reg with 50 bb? I doubt that... Maybe a really weak reg which is not that different from a fish imo.
2- please open bigger! 3:1 + position = easy defend with any 2 cards..
3- bet turn (smalish) and river(smalish also)
