fold, raising is not an option considering you represent very narrow value range, calling is also not an option considering no backdoors no good cards to hit on turn even turn K gives us a mediocre hand on further action. This board is unfortunate because it favors preflop raiser heavily I would say villain is betting too big to begin with.

you should call about 67%.
I think pairs, Ax, straight draws, backdoor flush draws, KTo+ or KJo+ would be my range for call.

What's your reasoning for calling preflop? Maybe I'm overfolding to BTN raises in the BB but I would fold since we're out of position. I can see calling K9o versus a SB open only because we have position. I can't imagine this is going to be a profitable call pre OOP.

As played fold.

I think calling PF is good. you are getting a discount to see a flop vs the BTN, which presumably has a large RFI range.

I think checking your whole range is good.

I think having a K takes away some KQ combos.

I think being OOP is usually a fold, but at less than 50% pot I would call here since your PF call range has a lot of Qs, see what villain does on turn and maybe probe if its a J or T.

You need to have stats on your HUD saying he c-bets too much (>60%) and has at least >50% fold to flop-check raise to even consider doing this. But yeah, I would do it if he did.

If you start doing this against randos/regs, you're just going to be misplaying your range way too much and start spewing. If you think about it this way, if you bluff-raise K9o here, you have wayyyy too many bluffs in your bluff-raise range. Against a reg who c-bets too much and folds to a decent amount of check-raises, it's fine but don't do it too much because they'll catch on. Having the K overcard is nice as well for some outs if he calls. Don't do this with like 109o no backdoors imo. When I bluff-raise regs who c-bet too much and fold to decent amount of flop raises, I usually choose hands that have at least one overcard or double backdoors, or a gutshot.

+1. Don't want to defend all Ax/BDFD though, defend the ones with best 'overcards' or backdoor straights. If we defend A7o, J6s, T6s, we are calling way too much. When I say 'overcards', I mean defending AT is better than A6.

As for bluff raising it's okay if villain is cbetting too wide but this hand selection is poor. I'd start value raising my best Qx and better along with some straight draws/BDFD + overs if I think villain is cbetting too wide.
