hi,

I wanted to play with fish on BB, that's why I opened so wide range.
What do you think about river?
Villain: 50 hand, 43/29
ch/r: 40 / 5 hand

PokerStars - $0.25 NL FAST (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

BTN: 116.32 BB (VPIP: 15.79, PFR: 12.28, 3Bet Preflop: 3.23, Hands: 59)
SB: 93.32 BB (VPIP: 45.24, PFR: 33.33, 3Bet Preflop: 7.14, Hands: 43)
BB: 136.32 BB (VPIP: 33.33, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 6)
Hero (UTG): 104.92 BB
MP: 106.36 BB (VPIP: 0.00, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 2)
CO: 261.32 BB (VPIP: 41.07, PFR: 34.55, 3Bet Preflop: 15.38, Hands: 56)

SB posts SB 0.4 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has 8 J

Hero raises to 3.2 BB, fold, fold, fold, SB calls 2.8 BB, fold

Flop: (7.4 BB, 2 players) 9 8 3
SB checks, Hero bets 4.4 BB, SB raises to 11.8 BB, Hero calls 7.4 BB

Turn: (31 BB, 2 players) 3
SB checks, Hero checks

River: (31 BB, 2 players) 9
SB bets 15 BB,???

I would call vs aggro fish here. Some missed draws, plus a player type would make it more easy for me. An important thing to consider though, there's a type of fish which pot bets as a bluff here, but goes for 1/2 for value and a completely opposite type of fish. Without notes I would just call and then make one for this dude just to know what the heck he's doing in future.

I think I also call against a range that's fairly polarized. Every draw missed, villain's slightly more likely to be a fish than to not be a fish, and we only need to be good about a quarter of the time.

Probably not a bad spot to check back flop either.

pre is fine if u can justify ur loose opening.

think u should check the flop at some frequency. This is because u need to have some flushes in ur flop checking range (u are way way capped if u dont have it) and having a second pair is (imo) a good hand to do so. C-bet is obv fine also.

I'd call this river.
Good price for a call. Alltho we block Villains FD, he still has gutshots, FD in his range.
Bet(c/r)/check/bet line seems strong but in this instance, I'd call.

I think pre is still too loose even with a fish in the BB. (Also how do you know they are a fish in the BB after 6 hands? Unless you meant SB?)

I x back the flop.

AP OTR we're getting a great price but we block a lot of draws. I probably call for the information and curiosity.
