No, overlimp it. Iso range must be tighter than open range and J2s is rather bottom of open. Go for cca 20-25% iso.

If by fish, you mean a total calling station or a maniac, then I wouldn't be raising this hand preflop. If by fish, you mean a total nit, I am raising this hand here all day long.

Your iso range needs to be wayyy tighter than your RFI. Trust me. You'll bleed money orherwise

Overlimp is bad, raising is bad, just fold and move on
