I'm leaning towards folding to unknown reg, but I cant tell why.

Nope very standard x/c ott and prob x/f rivers unless he's a spewtard

There are so many broadway draws ott/J10/Ac, etc. Also many players incorrectly check weak Kx here without a club and arent barreling thin enough, K10/K9- even tho they should barrel

Pre is fine, wouldn't mind a 3b if btn folds a lot to 3b

The rest of your range is weak (mostly kx) sdv sometimes with a club. He can fold you off ~88 sdv combos, but will value town himself vs your 50 strong combos. You will likely float the flop with some Ac no sdv as well. You plan to fold ~63% of your range (not counting Ac no sdv) on the river, so he has plenty of room to make a big bet (~40% rfe) and profit. He should always bluff the river, assuming the river card isn't terrible.
