hey guys hope the format is good i manually typed it. Pre standard open not sure about calling the 3bet but I think I under defend in general. Flop seems like a good float he should have plenty of air and my pair outs/heart outs could be live. Turn I thought I could fold out better ace highs, and random equity thinking he would've bet his overpairs. River may be spew but at that point I thought betting was more profitable than checking since I was never good at showdown. At the time i had no reads on V was playing too many tables but afterwards noticed he limped pre flop and shortstacked so probably a fish. Thanks!

I think your line is fine, the river spot will in my opinion either be you repping a flush or air so I would overbet here. With the sizing your choosing here your range becomes so wide that villain will look you up too often for this bluff to be profitable.

thanks I agree I should have overbet the river repping the flush I just couldn't pull the trigger on the shove and thought a half pot bet would get some folds. Flop-2.08 Turn-4.24 River- 8.52

Why do you think that? V should be check folding a lot of his air without a heart and we usually have outs vs his 99+

ehh.. i feel like if we're bluffing all our missed fd combos down to Jh we might be overdoing it. pre is close vs that sizing, would just pitch it or 4b against anyone playing reasonably tight

I fold PF to the big 3-bet, even in position. I probably also underdefend this spot in general, but when I look at PokerSnowie it recommends calling most of our pairs, suited connectors, and hands like AQs-ATs and KQs. It folds AQo and AJo.

Not sure if that's overly nitty or not, but I'd be curious to see if others think calling AJo PF in this spot is profitable.
