Betting turn in hand 1 seemed kind of bad, don't know if villain would call with a pair on such a staight-y board without some strong part of it, basically everything villain calls you with should be beating your overpair
I don't quite understand the logic behind a flop raise, seems like would fold out all worse and don't believe a draw could fold at that price (I may just be missing the point as I don't flop raise much)

Hand 2 I have no clue it seems very villain dependent

I don't have much experience with these type of situations in all honesty

In hand 2 I wouldn't 4 bet when the big blind 3 bets my utg open since he already has an unusually strong range and I wouldn't be happy calling a 5 bet shove. Post flop seems fine, flop bet's a bit big but I can't imagine folding to his shove.

Hand 1 I would 4 bet pre. The buttons range will be much wider here and even though I wouldn't be thrilled to call it off there's no way I'd fold to a shove here. There's also more incentive to take the initiative pre flop as you're out of position. Post flop is pretty bad, there's no good reason to raise the flop or to bet the turn. You're over repping what is a marginal hand on the flop and very marginal on the turn.

yes call 3bet in hand 2 with position i think good idea.

In hand 1 ive rly need to 4bet for info, or just donk bet may be!

(in hand 1 ive check-raise for protect from flush and fold equty, but on turn, ive thinked that if villain "have can do all in" (sorry for my eng, i learning), he have will reraise on flop, becouse i can have AQs-AKs
