This is what I'd suggest. I think your 3bet range should be really polarized to start. I wouldn't want to put in too many hands that want to fold when facing a 4bet (unless villain never 4bet bluffs). Your calling range will likely be a good bit wider than it would be facing a 3x open from a reg with a more conservative BTN range.
SB is trickier to figure out, since it's going to change a lot based on who is in the BB. If the BB isn't very aggressive, you'll be able to profitably call a number of hands (especially if BB is a fish). If they are aggressive though, you should probably only 3bet or fold.
It's also worth noting that you'll always need more equity than the 30.8% in the BB, since your ability to realize equity decreases when OOP, and especially so with lower/unsuited hands. I'd be even more conservative with the SB unless a fish is in the blinds.
