Hi guys!
I'm playing in the Italian poker zone (PokerStars) for a one year. I've started fine enough +150EUR with NL2, but after starts a problem
At this moment I really can not understand which reason give me a ball kick: or I'm playing worse or dispersion or down streak. Here is some screens.
If someone can left me some ideas I will be very thankfull.
Kind regards.
n.b.: skype is lockwish

Seems like you're quite passive and leaking a bit too much in blinds. You're flatting SB too much, also not defending BB enough, and you're basically not 3betting.

You're just playing your cards it seems (you're very tight) and while this might seem like a solution if everyone you're playing is bad, it's not. While you might be taking advantage of fish, you're also taken advantage off by anyone that's a bit better than you.

All this said, don't just start opening up your range or run stupid bluffs :P

I'd say, do some research, read up on open ranges, defending ranges etc (talking about preflop). Ignore every article that has the abbr "GTO" in it.

Then study postflop a bit. There are some good videos about continuation betting, which boards to cbet etc. Nikachu did a very good beginners video on this a few years ago, it's on youtube.

Most important though, don't try to do too much at once, just try

Did you jump immediately to 5nl after your huge upswing? Whatever your strategy is, I'm almost certain it isn't profitable at 5nl on stars. You need to be open raising, 3betting, and calling more (except in the SB). You're just folding way too much preflop, so you hardly ever steal the blinds or get paid when you have strong hands, both of which are important parts of a good strategy.

To start, I'd suggest signing up to Upswing Poker to get their free preflop charts. These should give you a pretty good idea of what hands are usually profitable to open raise in a given position.

Check the EV by hands.

You're playing 17/10. That's not even aggressive enough for full ring. Your pfr should be at least 17 and your vpip should be in the 20's somewhere. Steal more. 3-bet more.

Yeah, I know: Last few month I'm trying to keep my VPIP from 20 to 26 at 6max. For sure I need to increase my PFR from 10 (one of my leaks), the same things about 3bet. But I'm stealing just against players with "BB/SB fold to steal" more than 70%. All the italians thinks that all raises are the personal offends
