Fold pre, just too lose imo especially at micros where rake is so high.

Turn sizing is way too small, you should pot this turn vs fish. Same with river sizing too.

I'd call river. Given villain is shortstacked and it's almost a min-raise villain is probably x/r a merged range with enough Qx that I'm happy to call for this price.

bet bigger OTT. Close to the pot imo.

Call river. He can value c/r worse and has some hearts in his range. And the price is fairly cheap for the call.

Fold pre, would open if the BTN guy is in the blinds.

I don't know wtf he's doing on the river so I just mumble a bit and click call usually.

Realize this card is favorable card for you, he can deffo overvalue Qx. Boats also less likely as those hands will raise earlier streets relatively often.

What others have said except I think T8s is okay to open UTG. I checked this recently and it's profitable for me over 150k hands, but this is the very bottom of my range.
