So what's the best play here? Is he clearly playing the nuts? Or could it ever be a bluf, set or worst flush?

You have to call here. Could be set, could be worse flush. You can play this kinda slowish and just call him down, or you can also jam river when he raises you. Your flush is Qhigh so calling down can be ok, but if it was a lower flush like 87s I would jam flop.

If you want better responses format your post, it is really hard to read, see how the others posts are done.

He can't jam the river, player 2 is putting him all-in. Standard call as played but I probably rip it in on the turn.

You're beating all sets, over pairs, 2 pair, Top pair, lower flushes, missed nut flush draws, and other bluffs.

You lose to an A-high or K-high flush...that's it.
Zero chance I fold.

I don't think you should be folding medium flushes in this spot. Probably a case could be made to call with the 5th or 6th NF. It's important to have the mindset that you can't fold here because of a few factors. Based on pre flop action we can narrow down the kinds of hands villain has in the SB. Certainly there is some suited Kx or Ax hands that may have flopped it NF but that's not too many combos that villain could have here. Meaning isn't it just as likely were up against K7cc pre than the K7 that flops the flush? Our second piece of information makes this scenario even less likely. That's that the flop is monotone. In NLHE flopping a flush is very unlikely, two people flopping a flush is even less likely. Therefore we should never be considering a fold here. If it's a cooler it's a cooler. Additionally aren't there a number of hands villain could think have you beat here that we crush? There are a decent amount of worse flushes, sets and two pair hands that may think they have you beat. Lastly, I think your line is a reason to call. You take a pretty passive line until the river. I don't think your opponent would put you on such a strong hand given the way things played out. To me these are all things to go back and consider when making a decision here.
