What do you think about raising flop when UTG bricks his range as much as he does here?

I probably wouldn't raise flop as I don't think he folds his overpairs, may well have an A himself that he won't fold, if I did raise flop I'd probably bet the K turn

I didn't want to bet K turn because I was afraid of AK, but come to think of it, it is likely he would fold AK on my flop raise, so it is a good card to bet turn with,

Generally not good to bluff with the bottom end of a gutshot, we have better hands to bluff with, and with worse sdv.
not convinced we need to defend this preflop.

Giving up turn is fine, he didn't give credit on the flop and this card doesn't improve our perceived range, ie. TT-JJ and the like shouldn't fear this K.
