preflop should likely be a mix and villain dependent. turn bet is fine for the reasons you mentioned, vs a balanced reg i'm checking most of the time though as he shouldn't be cbetting this board with a high frequency and should definitely include some Qx in xb range. if you're betting most of your TT, 9X, weaker Qx type hands ott then you're really going to struggle calling down vs delay cbets.
