if we assume villains range is something like QQ-77,ATs+,KJs+,QJs,JTs,T9s,AQ then we only really fold out the overcards that we beat + we can get c/r from worse hands, fd's etc. do we cbet and barrel diamond turn?

also what cbet sizing do we use, id prob use around 40% ish as we prob don't wanna bet range otf. anyone got an opinion on this aswell

This board actually doesn't hit his range hard. You have all the overpairs, he can have just 88, 99,TT and maybe JJ. But you have TT-AA in your range.
There is also no 2pair combos possible in his range.
With BD NFD and 2 overs, this is a easy cbet imo. Yeah he might not fold better hands than yours but he will bluff you off of your hand with them quite often on the turn...

Bet flop with Ad or Kd, don't need to size up too much since you block his FDs that may bluff-raise, and he doesn't have too many combo draws/sets in his range at all. It's not like he's going to raise 99-QQ vs a 40% bet.
