Vs unk

Normally flat AQ to an UTG open but 3b because it was a minr.

Terrible flop for us.

Turn the double gutter but V's small sizing in a MW pot concerns me.

River TP but V continues with the small sizing so I nitfold.

What do we read into the small sizings? In a MW pot I feel like they're rarely bluffing with this size and likely have the straight. Felt weird to fold TPTK in a 3bp to a 30% bet but is the board wet enough?

Comment on all streets, and thanks in advance forum friends

wp, this is pretty standard. Small sizing generally indicates Jx or two pair here going for thin value, I'm never calling here as villain just isn't bluffing enough.

There should not be that many 9's in UTG's range other than 99. Also 9 may want to bet bigger on turn as its still 3 way pot and there is flush draw and lots of gutshots to better straight.

I feel like KQ might also play this way. So given the price I think hero can call.

Also AK got there and we played flop and turn like AK would play so cutious what people think about raising river in this spot? May be AQ is not thr best hand to do it since we hav showdown value but surely we want to bluff here with some hands

89s/9Ts/J9s/A9s should all open anyway and maybe even 97s for that size open. Maybe he's a fish who opens A9o.

These hands all open but do they all call 3 bets OOP? anyway if we count there are about 16 to 20 combos with 9 , KQ alone has 8 combos .Throw in some random bluffs and we get the required 30% to call.

Its close but I would call

Just realised we just need like 20% to call. More leaning towards call now

Easy call. When you call turn, what rivers are you calling if you are folding here? Ah/s/c?

Basically a K or a 9 if V bets into me. I can't imagine 1 pair being good in another situation. Probably call an A to this sizing.
