I did the x/r flop to be able to get all the money into the pot, not sure if it would be better to just bet and hope he raises. FD gets there on the turn, so I check and call with my trips, hoping for a boat. When I get a boat on the river, I wasn't sure if I should x/r or just all in. I was afraid he would check a flush or overpair, so I just donk jammed.

yeah bet flop, on the turn you have to call, on river might as well shove and he'll probably call

I would either c/c or bet the flop big and we block his7x hands,but c/r is ok as well.
Turn is probably a c/c
River donk is okish but you pretty much face up to have a FH with no bluffs
