I don't know, but as far as amount learned (both content as well as critical thinking and writting skills), practical skills, and salary benefits, I'd have to guess business administration is way up there.

Time twitter account posted yesterday that architecture was most likely to be unemployed. Here in England I know that physiotherapy is particularly hard to get relevent experience or employment.

Philosophy actually tends to do way better than you'd expect. It is basically majoring in critical thinking and writing good arguments.

English degrees are worthless unless you plan on a career in editing (for a publishing house). And even then you're probably going to need a more specialized grad degree.

Re: What is the most unemployable degree...?

Undergrad psychology is a lot more employable than people think if you do any sort of mental health or research related extracurriculars during college. My friend went to a state school, majored in psychology and within 2 months had like 4 different job offerings doing stuff ranging from medical research assistant, mental health tech, crisis hotline, and doing work with autistic kids. Granted, none of these jobs would pay more than 30k, but most people wouldn't be working these jobs past their 20s before going to grad school in a related field or moving up to supervisory roles in whatever organization they are working in.

Probably only if you plan a career in teaching English or something closely related.

Surprising this considering all my friends who studied PPE (politics philosophy economics) are currently lined up for jobs of their choice... Philosophy students in particular are really quite hirable.

Sociology always struck me as one the biggest wastes of time

Someone told me they studied Golf Management and I wasn't sure if they were joking or not. Turns out they weren't

Politics Philosophy and Economics is a different kettle of fish its like one of the most desirable degrees out there because it combines so many forms of analytical thinking, I think something like Art or Sport science will struggle more

Golf management has like 100% employability rates as its so vocational... they all go on to golf management, design, etc.
However thats pretty much all they can do

I suspect they would have gotten the jobs of their choice no matter the degree though.

History major is pretty useless as you can't get a job teaching unless you also have an education degree or a masters
