I think this is pretty ridiculous. I am optimistic we can be 9-3 at the end of the season, which will probably give us a good bowl, but not the ROSE BOWL BABY. I hope Mark Schlabach is right!!!

If Ohio State is going to go to the BCS bowl, then I would think we really just dont have to punt a game (Other then OSU) to get to the rose bowl. And wtf at 9-3, we should prob be favorites to finish x-2 only losing to Ohio State after this I would think

Factoring in a loss to OSU and then to Michigan/ a letdown game vs. Iowa/Minn/Ball St/Northwestern, I think 9-3 is reasonable for this team. Personally, I am happy with any bowl game, and I hope that we can lock up a bid in the next two games (@ Iowa then home vs. Michigan - who is back on a little roll). I think 9-3 is realistic, obviously the Illini could pull off a miracle 11-1, an amazing 10-2, or a solid 8-4/7-5 just as easily (young team - no experience with the pressure of being ranked).

I just hope the bowl game is somewhere warm.

Just to clarify this from a Michigan fan's perspective: We are not on a roll. We beat horrid ND and PSU teams (and PSU just barely), and were anemic against Northwestern and Eastern Michigan. I would not be surprised to see us drop games to both Purdue and you guys, and I actually kind of expect it. Nobody can [censored] tell what is going to happen with this team.

The line for us v michigan is prob going to be v huge on our side. Our offense will prob run over them just b/c its spreadish and as even mike hart said v oregon they cant stop a spread offense.
