"Ask Out A Girl" Thread: 2014 Year of the Petite Brunette and Pissing On Dudes "Ask Out A Girl" Thread: 2014 Year of the Petite Brunette and Pissing On Dudes

20yo saw my tinder in my apps with 12 notifications. We're technically not together but essentially are. Then I started to defend my actions and was like how douchey would it be break down the timeline of my tinder use when I'm seeing TB on NYE coming up and have been sleeping with SDSU recently.

Feels bad though. Just wish we could do dates and continue to enjoy each other without exclusivity and live blissfully unaware of other ppl but girls aren't wired that way.

Also I can tell where my feelings fall because part of me is relieved that I can workout now that's she's gone

It doesn't matter when you message them or how quickly you reply, if they match you most of the time they have some interest, so as long as you can keep the interest up through conversation you should be able to get her number after a few exchanges. From my experience its better to ask for the number at the peak of the conversation regardless of how soon you think it is.

Your game needs to be very tight to get them to meet up with you though, girls get matched with 8/10 guys the swipe right on so they could easily lose attraction if you dont meet up soon or your game isnt tight. When i get the number i will try to set up a definite meet over the phone the next day, I will usually call them so they can have a feel of my personality also when they hear your voice and they see you can be funny and hold a decent convo they will be more excited to see you.
I have so much to learn when it comes to talking to women.

Okay, so what if my Tinder game gets like B+ and then girls meet me just to find that my real life game isnt B+? To me it seems most logical to just act like I always do and if girls doesnt wanna meet then so be it. Maybe I need to find girls other ways.

This is exactly why you need to keep going on more dates. Go on lots of dates >>> screw up a decent percentage of them >>> get better at dating. It's a process and it takes time.

Express is having 50% off everything deal until Christmas. Seems relevant to the thread since dressing in good fitted clothing is the easiest step to improving yourself

Doesn't it reveal some kind of insecurity though? He is obsessed with a girl, which leads me to believe he has a lack of options. He is 27 and has confidence issues with girls. It looks like there is something else missing besides dating experience.

I mean, wouldn't it be better if he first improved himself a ton and then stepped into the dating game again? I think having a bunch of failing dates can be discouraging.

DanteA, you mentioned you do well looks-wise (dressing on point, decent body), how are you doing career/money-wise and social circle/skills-wise? And what kind of girls do you usually find attractive?

Yes completely agree with this. It's very easy even if your quite social to go ages without meeting 7.5/10+ girl aged between 23-28 in small towns who dosen't have a boyfriend/married.

I'm not sure it does reveal some sort of insecurity for Dante. Granted, I was younger at the time I struggled, but the main issue for me really was the lack of dating experience. Of course there could be more to it. But there may not be.

Tfw reading that when putting in lack laster work outs routinely.

I have 10 days until I see TB. Idk **** but I'm thinking red lining caffeine intake and working out arms a ton while cutting calories and tanning is a way to temporarily look better for it

I'm not sure about a short-term grind, but working out arms a ton over next 10 days seems like it would be plausible. Meta-Ignite from GNC was always a strong caffeine boost for me personally. It's marketed as a *********** supp, but it just essentially blasts you with caffeine to raise your metabolism.

I've never been a "sports science" guy though. Just pick up heavy ****, put it back down, pretty much caveman style for me.

Also, the TE was Jesse James, backup TE for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Guy did 5x3 550lb on deadlifts. Pretty impressive **** and made my measly 300 look weak af. Definitely inspiring and the kickstart I needed to stop binging for the holidays.

jesse james is gonna be a star.. he's the heath miller replacement. as a steelers fanboi i'm really looking forward to seeing him play more.

Honestly the tan and doing a mini cut where you go high protein and lowish carbs is prob the best way to go

GNC is over priced

Yeah, I don't use meta-ignite much anymore, but it was a go-to for me for awhile. Probably can find stuff way cheaper online I would assume though.

Also, not sure why "w e i g h t l o s s " is censored? I guess we can't offend dadbods on this forum

Find other girls. Doesn't help she is 20, but I've been with plenty of girls that know that I could be seeing other girls. It's important to establish this early on.

He's 6'7, 260 lbs. I wouldn't worry about how much he lifts. My max is 295 for 4 or 5 reps. I know that it's better than what most people for most people my size, but I'll never lift 550 lbs because that isn't a reasonable goal for 99.9% of people.

Also you should be binging. It's gains season.

Tips for workouts to bulk that don't involve a gym? Been on the gym grind for the last couple years but kinda over it and want to focus on calisthenics stuff. Is it unrealistic to bulk that way?
12-23-2015 , 01:01 AM
Bulking will be really hard. But you can do HIIT and body weight fitness and get a decent body.

Reddit.com/r/bodyweightfitness

You can work out most muscle groups fairly well doing bodyweight, but there is a peak.
12-23-2015 , 04:11 AM
Are people really inspired by some dude deadlifting 550lbs? What's the inspiration there? Being NFL player big is a negative for almost any career and aspiring to be a NFL player is not your goal I assume.
12-23-2015 , 05:04 AM
I'd be interested to see you're work on this one. Obviously being jacked to that degree is more relevant in physical jobs, but I would imagine it would still be a benefit in any job where you interact with people, whether it be lawyer, doctor or in finance.

Most people are impressed by that kind of thing, whether it be from simple physical stature or the discipline it shows, I can only imagine it being positive

I am thinking about NFL player jacked where you are basically a square.
It takes discipline and everything but there is a reason why most executives run a marathon and not bulk.

It is intimidating and it is the look usually associated with people involved in illegal activities.
12-23-2015 , 05:38 AM
A square? When was the last time you looked at a jacked person, let alone an NFL tight end?
12-23-2015 , 05:42 AM
The leagues best tight end with somewhat similar stats (i assume I could find pics of the actual tight end in question too but this is easier)
