"Ask Out A Girl" Thread: 2014 Year of the Petite Brunette and Pissing On Dudes "Ask Out A Girl" Thread: 2014 Year of the Petite Brunette and Pissing On Dudes

I haven't seen the movie, but if you're trying to imply I'm an autist with the 'like caramels' line (I read the short movie synopsis), you're probably right, nice spotted detail.
Anyways, you agree with me that friend 2 is a ****** in this. Original friend called her though, and she kinda let him down in a lame way. I think he should try again, but he's pussying out a bit.

If I can't convince him to pursue further, what would be the best way to communicate to him that next time I'll follow through on her flirtations?
Do I even need to explicitly say this?
Keep in mind, he doesn't know about her hand on my leg before his leg, and I don't think he would be cool if I just said 'next time I'll **** her if I can since your turn failed', since he isn't really open about seduction and he might not be completely honest to himself about what exactly happened that night besides what he did/said himself, I think.

Bleh phoneposting, so hard to spell guut.

Law prom went extremely well.

We had a really great time before, during and after the event. Honestly could not have gone better for us, and nothing happened that I did not expect.

Obviously there was a lot of hilarity, and BG intentionally made each of ABCD take a picture with her, which was funny as hell.

Meeting BG's parents was super awkward.

My sadistic side is really sad that Karak didn't see the Dierks Bentley video as a direct mirror of his evening.

This still holds, but that doesn't mean I didn't have a great night.

Well, okay. Glad you had a great time.

And all of the dancing might help you two look smoother when you're dancing at your wedding reception, so that's a bonus too.

has nothing to do with $$

his parents are super prude religiously (and that's coming from me), and told him they won't come to his wedding if alcohol is served

they are completely in denial that he drinks (he's 24 and went to college).

one time last summer i was dropping him off at his house after a night at the bar (he was visiting home and staying with his parents). he was super concerned they would smell alcohol on his breath since he had 2 beers.

HE'S 23 YEARS OLD (was 23 then... 24 now) AND ENGAGED

well hey, at least he won't feel pussy whipped by his wife

oh for sure vintage

but knowing that family they'd label me as an alcoholic and try to talk me into going to rehab if they saw me or knew i was drinking

so ill have to really keep it on the DL.

vodka i guess + sneak sips in teh bathroom.

vodka has the least of a smell. Take gum with you too.

For the record, I actually have that flask. It's not bad.... until a friend of mine gave me a Jameson one. That one's way cooler.

One of my friends when I told him that I was going to be a groomsman at a dry wedding: "Dude. The whole reason for being a groomsman at a wedding is because of the drunk, over-emotional bridesmaids. How can there be drunk, over-emotional bridesmaids if there is no booze? I hate your friend."

lololol
