Im waking up by myself a lot. Waking up, somewhat rested with the realization that its like 3 am and you can still sleep is awesome.
Originally I thought that this is because Im travelling, or different air or some ****, but both times I fapped, my sleep the next day was typical (8 hours, lightish sleep, dreams, snoozed alarm like 5 times and hated waking up).

I've also been on the NoFap thing for 2 months now (on and off, obviously), but I can really relate to this.
Stupid as it may sound, my sleep/biorhythm is A LOT better when I don't masturbate. And it's not coincidence because I've gone for 1 or 2 weeks without wanking several times and every time I choose to wank again I wake up like a wreck the day after. Nothing else changed and I have a very healthy diet.
I'm definately also more passive with girls when I recently masturbated.
It is ridiculous how much more attractive girls get when you haven't masturbated for 2 weeks. Seriously.
However I also noticed that I rarely have morning wood when I don't fap. After a while I even get confused because it seems like the less I wank, the less random boners I have.
Placebo or not, if it works - it works.
