Your house of cards thread crumbles credibility wise when you bash her for an eating disorder but then cede that her weight is near normal. Obviously you have zero respect for her wish to maintain her body without meat protein, inferring instead that she has anorexia. Top that off with implying that her jogging routine is some kind of mental problem.

Basically your other critiques of her lifestyle are just a symptom of your jealousy for the structure she can maintain, while you struggle without your ADD meds.

Breaking up with some one is quite easy if you know what your core values are and what values you are seeking in a woman that are non-negotiable. You are a man correct? Just be direct to her, don't waste time and energy thinking it over. Way I look at it is just be happy those years you spent with her were great years and now your in a different place in life. Time to find new girls who interest you and see if one of them fir into your seeking.
