"i know a guy who while in law school made THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS in his offshore online poker accounts last year"
karak: "but how much did he lose?"
jk didn't say that, but i lol'd pretty hard and said "sounds like he had an ok year"

So today I went to my new apartment in which I don`t really live yet, because my Internetprovider can`t give me Internet(It`s so ****in ridic). I wanted to check the mail and lol:

THE MAILBOX WAS FULL OF ADVERTISMENT.

It was really full, no letter could`ve fit in there. I did drink with some of my friends there(2times), we were a bit louder but really not ouf of line(One time it was in the week from like 22:00 - 0:00) other time last week saturday from (21:00 - 0:30). The neighbour underneath, came up the first time(He was a small old guy, who is still living in 1 Roomapartment were mostly students live). He started with:

"Normally I don`t warn people and just call the police instantly, but you are new". Me:"Ohh well I`m sorry we will turn down the music, didn`t know that the house is that badly soundproofed" He keeps talking blabla and I`m like yeah yeah ok ok.
I tell my friends to turn down the music and it basically was off. We kept talking and like 20 minutes he is again at my door, when I opened the door he walks a bit inside and then I really was pissed because I also was a bit drunk.
He started yelling something and I calmly replied:
"First, did I ask you to come in? I don`t think so, please leave. Second, Call the police. Maybe you don`t hear it, because it`s basically off, but I turned the music so much down that you never possibly could hear it. We are only talking and if you got a problem with that, then call the police. They will decide if we are too loud or not. He then is like "Next time a neighbour will come who is not as small as I am!" and I`m like wtf I didn`t threat him(But well I`m about 6'7'' but not musucular or something). He also said that he will call the Housemanagment and I was like "Why don`t you call the police?".

So I think it gotta be him like 99% of the time who did this, what`s my line? Put some garbage into his? Try catching him?(Kinda hard to do) I could get something like a mailbox outside but that would be kinda unconfortable.

It`s really kiddy**** but well there are letters I`m waiting for and I doubt that old bastard has any friends/family nor does he ever get businessletters or something.

Find a better apartment or ask to move within your complex. Not sure how easy the second option is to do.

Had a situation like that tonight, it was a small gathering of about 8 of us at a friend's new apartment and someone started thumping on the ceiling at 10pm for us to be quiet. Even when we turned off the music and talked quietly they still hit the ceiling to try and shut us up. I laughed when they did it again when there was only one guy in the room talking quietly on his phone.

Won't be going back to their house in the future. Psycho neighbours.
