I figured it might have been forced.

I knew he'd hit the HR because I saw "BREAKING: Hero Pigeon ****s On A-Rod's Face During 600th-Home-Run Trot" on my Facebook feed from The Onion earlier.

I'm not as hard on him as some, especially as far as Mariner fans go, but I do kind of shrug at his milestones now.

Word. Thanks for the advice. I guess my biggest concern is that we have been friends for several years, and I don't want to alienate her especially when she sees other girls post on my facebook wall etc... I know her and I know she's going to be all depressed and feel a bit used . Not really a whole lot I can do though I guess.
On a facebook side note, I'm going to creep on this cute little blonde girl ( She's in the 10.2-10.86ish range) in one of my classes over facebook. I feel like she might be interested seeing as how she is always smiling at me. Today was the last class, and I meant to get her number, but the logistics didn't pan out. I'll post a trip report if you want, but I suspect an epic fail especially since I've never really used facebook to try and hit on a little lady before. Not to mention I just feel weird about it in general.

I think as long as you're level with her if and when it comes up, you've done nothing wrong. Based on what you've said here, it seems valid to tell her (again, if she brings it up) that you would definitely be open to being exclusive with her if logistics were better, but that you just don't think that the LDR thing would work out...but that you really do like her, and that if she can be cool with the status quo for now then so can you.

95% of the guys ITT operate on the binary system

either 0 or 1, no or yes. there's no middle ground.

Largely agree, and I've always said this out loud to people too. I said I very much operate on a pass/fail system. A female friend said, "Yeah, but it's pretty obvious that there are some high passes."

And that's true. Those in the "yes" camp who are hotter are still able to get away with more. We're all going to be inclined to overlook more flaws in a 9 than a 6.

Eh. There are girls I'd **** and never admit to ****ing, or that I wouldn't be seen in public with because they're slightly preferable to masturbating while drunk. On the other side, there are girls I'd be seen in public with, girls I'd want to be seen in public with, and girls I'm torn about trying to tarp via my love child at the expense of their bodies.

This also ruins the ability to compare the breakdowns of women you date/bed. Like how does you peak compare to your median, what recency biases are in play, etc. To take this from nerd speak to real folk talk. Did you just lucksack a single hardbody... or do you **** lots of good looking girls? Are you slowly amassing hotter and hotter women or are your best days behind you and now you settle for lesser chicks because you're a nub?

How many of you guys have that girl you'd want to/be willing to hook up with 100% completely stone sober, but you'd never tell anyone about it?

Why do you want to/would you do it? Because there's nothing else, or is there something odd about this girl that attracts you?

I definitely have one or two who I wouldn't mind hooking up with sober. They are slightly larger than average so obv wouldn't be 'proud' of it.
