Re: SL "Ask A Girl Out" Thread: Steal This [Pick-up Line]!
I'm jacked for college football to start, but with no TV for WSU this week and no tailgating in Bloomington for IU's game, I'm kind of shrugging and awaiting a better fate the following week.
Naturally Georgia becomes my 3rd favorite team in the nation for this week.

Yeah its awesome. Last year I lived literally right next to the stadium, the band would come charging down the street at like 7AM for noon games and I'd wake up from that.
Everybody all over the streets, cars can't even drive though, everybody of all ages is drunk as hell. Its sooo funny to watch people that are you parents age be drunk as hell

Oh and to wrap up the video game conversation, had another booty call yesturday while finishing a game, so I just didn't respond for like 7~10min and then I did when I knew it was about to end; I flirted along with it and then left asap. Worked wonders

tickets are pretty cheap most places (some free). Many schools have special tickets that require student ID to get in the gates, so the general public can't use them.

Re: SL "Ask A Girl Out" Thread: Steal This [Pick-up Line]!
WSU student tickets were cheap, they just assessed a mandatory annual fee against the entire student body...basically the lame people were forced to subsidize the sports fans and the fee ultimately wasn't that high for that reason.
IU is really cheap as well. $30 for all six football games, I think $230 for home basketball tickets. I sprung for the hoops tickets this year since I figure I'll have time and Assembly Hall is awesome. Obviously would be more fun if they would actually win some games.

Reason: Yes these schools both suck at football, but WSU did go to the Rose Bowl during my time there and IU hoops will rise again.

At Iowa they're $25/game or something. You can turn a small profit selling them, but not enough to be significant. I would go to the marquee games and you'll get **** value for the games against scrubs, so any profit is a wash IMO.

Re: SL "Ask A Girl Out" Thread: Steal This [Pick-up Line]!
I go to Wisconsin so I bet I have a good experience of it.
This year theres 7 home games, I think the tickets were like $170~190 total but after fees due to buying online they were about $210.
How it works is one morning a few weeks ago theres student ticket buying time or whatever, at like 7am, you get on your computer and try to get tickets, they sell out within 30minutes. It sucks, i have friends with em and some who got screwed.
So tons of people still want tickets. I sold my 2nd game ticket for $50 to a friend(coulda easily got 70~80 to a random) and that is for a no-name nonconference game again Oregon St.
Today we play UNLV my roommate sold his ticket to me for $50(for K, cause she got boned by the system to buy season tix) and he had offers for up to $80.
One game a year is always huge, last year was Ohio St, student tickets were going for like anywhere from $150-300(or more), this year will be the same for Nebraska I assume.
I'll probably sell my Penn St game for close to $100 just because they were decent last year. I plan to sell like 3 or 4 of my 7 games and I should just about break even or profit depending on the games.
Then for the Rose Bowl its the same ticket buying system

Re: SL "Ask A Girl Out" Thread: Steal This [Pick-up Line]!
I bought season basketball tickets last year for $120 I think(after fees). It was a lot of games, around 15~22 I think. I missed the first like 3 or 4 games and just didn't have time/didn't knew many people who went, so I sold the rest at the point for the same price I bought them and was fine with that.
Basketball tickets are more of a grind to sell for profit

Re: SL "Ask A Girl Out" Thread: Steal This [Pick-up Line]!
Oregon St is not a no-name non-conference game, just FYI
EDIT: I get more value out of attending game than most people, so I wouldn't sell tickets to some games that others would, thus my expected profit would be less. Iowa has a ****ty home schedule this year, so I didn't buy student tickets.

Re: SL "Ask A Girl Out" Thread: Steal This [Pick-up Line]!
Think I had my most emberassing experience a little while ago... Hooked up with this girl at a bar, then went to her dorm room. When we got there, she said she was gonna freshen up, so she jumped in the shower. I had to piss like crazy tho, but shower and toilet were in the same room, and she had locked it. She lived in this old house on the fifth floor, and I really had to go... so I snuck out of her room, and starting pissing of the stairs... I was pretty **** drunk, and the thought of standing there peeing down some girls stairs, made me laugh quite hard. Then moments later, some asian girl opens her door, and sees me standing there. We have eye contact for like 3 seconds, I'm clueless to what to do. So I get back into the girls room, hoping the asian isn't gonna cause a scene... Nothing happens for 10 minutes, so I deceide to hope for the best and see what happens with my girl. She finishes showering, and then we get it on... Wake up the next morning, get my **** and get out, only to run into the same girl in the hall... While she is cleaning the stairs with a mob. I guess I should have offered to help her or somerthing, but I was still half drunk and the situation still seemed hilarious to me, so I just walked past her and got out...
Never heard back from the girl though, I wonder why... :/

yeah i mean notice i said she was a gcg 10. i bet you'd give here a lower score. possibly still an 8 though. they may have been young, because when they walked across the street and got in a mom's suv. but it was like 1 am so it's not like they were 15 or sth.
