Dear Journal,

Despite my host's kindness last night, I was amazed at the lack of understanding from my host when I notified him that I would need to use the bathroom for approximately 90 minutes this morning. One would think the bottom dwelling scum would be happy I purchased and had a shelf installed to cradle my precious skincare products. I'm amazed how the everyman lives - not even taking the smallest amount of time to care for his appearance. I'm not one to talk though - ever since last night when I left my Rolex at the strip club, I've really let myself go. Thankfully the girlfriend is overnighting me one of my backups. I will of course not be returning to that particular club to recoup my watch, as I am hoping to run into the girls in a few years and date her then. Gotta play it cool. I hope the gf doesn't get confused and send the wrong watch. I tried to explain it was the silver one with a round, white face, and black hands, but that still only narrows it down to three. My host offered to let me borrow his swatch. I politely accepted, dropped it on the ground, stomped it to pieces, and laughed in his face. Then I slipped him $5,000 and told him to go pick up something from the local high street.

And to be clear, it's an awful double standard and the court system is heavily stacked against male defendants due to rape shield laws and other devices, but the more I learn about this legal situation, the worse it is.

We spent a week on rape accusations in my PR class last semester, and the stuff about date rape and all that was really eye opening. My profs were defense attorneys and basically said taht nearly every one of you men in here has done the same thing the men in these examples did, except you didn't do it with a girl who went to the cops.

V interesting. I always hear the feminists say how rapists always get away with it, so I had the opposite picture in my head. I mean, if the girl goes back like a week later, wouldn't there not be any evidence?

Obviously I'm talking about smthg where a girl wants to have sex, doesn't give explicit consent, then later regrets it and convinces herself she never wanted to. Thus there would be no signs of force or anything.

I thought you said you would sleep with a girl as soon as you got the chance, e.g., first date, which would presumably involve drinking. I suppose you are differentiating having 2 drinks and being tipsy from having 5 drinks and being drunk?

I would imagine if you wanted to be safe you would never sex a girl the first time if she drank anything, noone is going to side with you if you say she only got a couple drinks.

What kind of lightweights do you know? For most people five drinks isn't enough to be drunk. My decision would be based on if I felt she was aware of the decisions she was making. It is a judgment call but you can tell. I think there is about a half dozen times that I passed because I thought a girl was too ****ed up.

The girls I date are usually waifs. As such, they could possibly get drunk from two drinks. I forget that most people don't share my preference for thin girls.

Ha. Compared to those with the preference for the stick-thin types I sort of am. In a restaurant in St. Louis last year, my friend and I commented on how hot the waitress was. A moment later, a third friend (one who is obsessed with the stick-thin types) promptly comes back and thought we were nuts. He called her "chubby." We both shook our heads and thought "WTF?"

I've said before in this thread, I'm no fan of fat girls but I don't seem to be as quick as some to dole that label out either.
