A reg who enjoys smoking trees should make a long-term experiment on how weed affects your winrate.

On testing days, consume many small(!!) amounts of weed throghout the day (such as, smoke a spliff of 0.3g every 2 hours or whatever is a 'small amount' for you) and play your usual poker.

Testing days and reference days should change during the week because your play style might change by other influences long-term. But a reference day should never be directly after a testing day because you want your brain to be 100% clean (some people feel dizzy on the day after smoking a lot).

So the perfect schedule would be: One or a few testing days, one interim day, one or a few reference days. Repeat until you have a significant sample size on both groups.



Variations: Small/big amounts, Sativa/Indica strains.
