I feel like there are a number of people who feel the same way I day, they finished school and start at a university
(or college or whatever) and basicaly have not much to do until then.
Some people might say - "hey, go got a job", but I personaly dont see a point to get a job for a month cause it f***ing hot outside & u
wont get decent money anyway so I tried getting back in poker and grinding, but I just dont feel like it, even playing for like halt an hour
feels like a grind and most tables arent that juicy that I can really get myself to do it.
So my problem is, that I end up spending most days watching tv and beeing bored as **** until we can go out in the evening.
And I just cant really think of what to do, I started working out more, but that still tops 1,5 hours a day and then I dont have anything to do again.
Another problem is that most people who finished school same time I did are mostly somewhere on holidys now und the rest still has school for another 2 weeks ot something.

Yeah Im not really 100% sure what the point of opening this thread was, but I duess I'm looking for people who were/are in a similar position to tell what they do or did

Hang out with friends, get drunk, go to the gym, read, hang with family

yeah unfortunately most of my friends are either on vacation somewhere or still in school, I go to gym everyday but thats like 1,5 hours & I bought a couple of book from the internet some days ago, but still didnt receive them -.-
next week i'll finaly be able to play soccer again, so thats a plus.

I'm in the same boat, except I got a **** min wage job for 2 months moving boxes.

Advantages: Arms have got bigger and £225 ($350) a week I wouldn't have.

Disadvan: Have to get up at 5am (6am-2pm shift)

Find a friking hobby
Read some books on whatev you are into
Hang out with friends
Try to get girls
Stop being lazy and play some frikin poker (assuming you can actually make money)
Look for odd jobs to make a lil side money
Learn about anything and everything that you are interested in
Start writing about something that you are passionate about



I feel sorry for you.

study poker and play lots of poker... try to move up in stakes the next 6/7 weeks. on the weekends go partying. play sports to get in shape for college.

when I'm unemployed it usually goes something like


tennis

read a book

golf

steaks on the bbq

gym

I tried the whole 16 hours of internet/tv but it kills me inside
