Re: Wynn Summer Classic June 4 - July 6

As of today, players no longer need to sign up before 10 am to receive an extra $10 comp. All players who sign up before noon will receive an extra $10 comp. There is a possibility to get $30 in comps for playing a $340 tournament. Sign up before noon and bring your receipt from any tournament you played the previous day (over $200) at any casino, including the Wynn and you will receive $30 in comps. Hope we see people tomorrow to play on the $340 NLH that begins at noon.

Went over and registered for tomorrow's $340 event. Produced a tournament receipt from today where I paid 1K. Was given a very hard time about getting the extra comp! Very disappointed as I had to really argue for it - I only wanted it b/c I read about it on here. They finally gave it up, but it was not a pleasant experience!

Hopefully I have a good time tomorrow!

I have to say, the daytime staff (suits especially) are MUCH more friendly, accommodating, and customer conscience than the nighttime staff.

I played last weekend and it was night and day (literally, hehe)... I remember being very pleased and overly satisfied with several personnel, then nighttime rolled around and the TD was outright rude and a few dealers were blatantly derogatory and sarcastic

This may be why you were given a hard time getting the food comp when registering at night.... They were very quick to give them during the day

We would like to apologize that it was difficult for you to receive your extra $10 comp. We are going to make sure that every shift is aware of the promotion so this wont happen to anyone again. The rest of your experiences that have to do with the Wynn Poker Room and playing the tournament today should be pleasant and enjoyable.

We are sorry you had an unpleasant experience with the evening staff. We do pride ourselves on having a great staff in the room at all times of the day. So this is something we will look into. It is nice to hear you say the good things about the day time employees.

Played today = 80 players. Room was great; dealers were very good; floor director was very good, too. I'm planning to return. But wouldn't you know it, I was actually given a hard time when I used my comps at the buffet. I actually had to wait for a manager to come over and approve their use! Grrrrrrr! I don't have much experience with the Wynn, so I hope these are aberrations and not the norm.

You will have to change this immediately or you will leave many unsatisfied customers.

Do those comps work as a line pass for the buffet? If not, you should do this.

We apologize for the inconvenience, this has been addressed and shouldn't happen again.
