I heard the Wynn announce that they would have another tournament series in October, does anybody know when they will release the schedule?

Schedule is up on cardplayer.com, and it's the correct one according to Wynn rep.
Some 340$ events will have three starting days and a 100k guarantee. Not bad.

I was really hoping there would be a little more overlap with the Venetian Deep Stack in the fall.

I'm guessing they want their avg field size to be greater than 50 so made the smart move of trying not to compete with the V.

This. A good idea IMO, as I'm very seriously considering playing some where I probably wouldn't even with dse's running simultaneously.

Yes, if you win a seat into the main event, you can pick your start day.

Structures are exact same as Venetian DSE except no 60 minute levels at the final table (which would be a very welcome improvement btw). No surprise since most of the new staff there used to work at V.

I got super excited when I saw Wynn had 25 tables running mid day on Bravo Live but opened up and realized that they are cheating and 19 of those tables are the tournament.

Cheap move Wynn. Stop trying to beef up your Bravo Live numbers. This should be a cash game tool!

We always put our tournament tables on the app. We do this for the Classic as well as the daily tournament. Once it is clicked on, it will show how many are cash games and how many are tournament tables. Yes, people want to know what cash games are going, but people also want to know how many tournament tables are going. We have added the tournament tables to the app based on player feedback.

There were 200 entrants in today's noon Wynn Classic Event. The main question we are getting through phone calls and twitter is how long play goes today. They will play down to 12% of the field today. If you didn't make it in to play today, Friday and Saturday are also start days of the tournament.
